Scholarship Fund

Annual Scholarship Fund Drive is Under Way

The FTCT Scholarship fund is in need of your support now.

We need to raise $100,000 as soon as possible.  When fully invested, this will assure income to continue our current scholarship program.

Since the program's inception, retiring Professor Norman Marcus of Norwalk State Technical College, FTCT members, and friends have donated in excess of $100,000 in donations to the Fund. More than 300 high school seniors or college undergraduates have received scholarships through the fund since 1984.

With your support, the Scholarship Fund will help our members’ dependents increase their educational opportunities. 100% of your ongoing contribution of $5, $10, $20, $50 each month will help towards an eligible dependent's education. You will be making a statement that the educational needs of your colleague's children are important and you want to help fund those needs. And you will be leaving a legacy for future FTCT employees.

The Scholarship Fund is a philanthropic grant-giving entity created in 1984 by FTCT Local 1942 President Dennis Bogusky.

Scholarship Payroll Deduction and Scholarship Applications can be found under FORMS.

Please return the completed forms to your Chapter Representative.
